Nudestock 2003 Photo Release

Instructions:   Print this form, fill it out and turn it in to the Laguna Del Sol office when registering for Nudestock.  You then will be given a designated wrist band to ware for the duration of your stay, enabling the Official  Photographers to visually identify you as having a photo release on file prior to taking  photographs, during the event, or post event editing & selection of image files.

I hereby authorize the above named photographers, without charge, to take my pictures during the Laguna Del Sol Nudestock Musical Festival, September 12^th thru 14^th 2003. I authorize at the discretion of Laguna Del Sol, the release, use, and publication of my images may be used by Laguna Del Sol internally for any purpose, and externally to www.lagunadelsol.com or sanctioned nudist internet World Wide Web pages without restriction or permission.

Wearing a designated wrist band indicates my picture can be taken, published, & printed, locally and/or posted to WWW Internet Web Pages without permission or restriction.
